He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dean Skinner Sr. and Eleanor Simpson; his wife Deborah Skinner; his sons, Andrew S., Nicolas S. and Christopher S; and his siblings, David Skinner, Stanley Skinner and Linda Enderson. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, and countless friends.
