He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Parnell of Live Oak, FL; his daughter Maureen Hillhouse (Dale) of Newberry, FL; his brothers, Freddie Parnell (Wanda) of Lake City, FL and Glenn Parnell (Wendy) of Lake City, FL; and his grandson Avin Hillhouse.
