He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Adams; his mother Mildred Adams of Jacksonville, FL; his daughter Brenda Lee Sword of Live Oak, FL; his brothers, William C. Adams and George A. Adams; his grandchildren, Ty Jacob Sword, Dora Abbigail Sword, Stormy Mobley, Kristy McNamee and Jade Adams; his great grandchild Paxton McNamee; and also, David L. Adams, Jr. and Gary H. Adams.
