It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Carlson (Live Oak, Florida), born in Caribou, Maine, who passed away on December 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chester Carlson to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Carlson and Elba Carlson (Anderson); his siblings, Earl Carlson and Hazel Hackett (Carlson); his siblings-in-law, Helen Carlson (Benn) and Allison Hackett, Sr.; and his nephew-in-law Richard Brooks.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Carla Brooks (Hackett) of Rutland, MA, Jeanne Carlson of Live Oak, FL, James Carlson (Karen) of Gorham, ME, Allison Hackett, Jr. of Holden, MA, John Carlson (Joan) of Mars Hill, ME and David Hackett (Wendy) of Madison, CT; and also, Catherine Ames, Margie Huffman and Francine Anderson. He is also survived by 11 great nieces and 7 great nephews, 16 great, great nieces and 7 great, great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chet's name to the Memorial Fund of the New Sweden Evangelical Covenant Church in New Sweden, Maine.
