She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Phillips; and her son Frank Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Steven Lane Phillips, Sr., Gregory Dante Phillips, Brian Coy Phillips (Jose), Susan Elaine Nugent (John) and Brenda Jeanne Carpentier (Gary); and her siblings, Katy Wynn, Carroll Proffitt, Sue Barnett, Bobbie Sheets, Billie Lee Yost, Blanche Rosetta Mullins and William Howard Puckett. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
