He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Sapp and Early Bascom Gardner; his son Dustin Gardner; and his wife Sarah H. Gardner. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Gardner (Darlene) of Live Oak, J. D, Strickland (Jessica) of Keystone Heights and Dillon Gardner of Live Oak; his sisters, Sharrone Davidson (Steve) of Advance, Gloria Davis (Frank) of Lake City and Wanda Strickland (Jerry) of McAlpin; his mother-in-law Lorena Barclay; his sister-in-law Lazoni Jones (Jimmie); his grandchildren, Myliegh, Arianna, Brayden, Brandon, Landon, Gabriel and Willow; his nieces, Sarah (Chris), Stephanie (Mike) and Wendy; and his nephew Steven. He is also survived by numerous other family members, and friends.
