She is survived by: her husband James Edward Blake; her children, James E Blake (Catherine) of Albuquerque, NM and Helene Nicole Sanford (Wayne); her grandchildren, Mathew Victor, Sarah Rose, Joshua Edward and Isabella Nicole; and her siblings, Michael Plechey (Nancy) of Penn, PA, Margaret Taylor (James) and Nancy DeLozier (Robert) of Jeannette, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
