He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry McDonald Cook Jr. and Anna Fae (Woods); his wife Gloria Alice (Fox); his siblings, Harry Robert Cook and Verna Jean Hill; and his grandson Merrick Emanuel Keller.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Cook (Stephanie) of Sandpoint, Wanda Keller (Anton) of Lithia, Teresa Cook and Kenneth Cook of Lithia, Florida; and his brother William Rodney Hill.
