He is survived by: his significant other Lynne Kyer Bartis of Lithia, FL; his children, Heather L. Stinson (Jason) of Niskayuna and Richard M. Bartis of Mechanicville; his siblings, Janet Bayly (Richard), Nancy Bartis Kyer, Ellen Gambee (Michael), John Bartis (Mary Theresa) and Margaret "Maggie" McLaughlin; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Audrey, Avery, Charlotte, Jackson and Amelia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
