She is survived by: her husband Ivan; her children, Olga Cooil (Brian), Nadina Filippini (Fred), Ivonne Robbins (Doug) and Ivan Ryan Lavernia; her sister Daisy Gomez (Fidel); and her caregiver Susmira Padilla. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.

Flowers are welcomed and donations can be made to Catholic Hospice-Broward Office in honor of Nadina.
