He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Slivka and Betty Slivka (Troesch); and his brothers-in-law, Jordan Brock and Dennis Blair. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Blair of Collinsville and Debra Brock of Spartanburg; his nephews, Matthew (Michelle Brock) of Spartanburg and Timothy (Hillary Brock) of Spartanburg; his niece Mary Brock (Andrew Cumming) of Maynard, Massachusetts; and his uncle Al Slivka of Glen Carbon. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends.
