He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maria Hernandez; his children, Jose Hernandez, Jr. (Nicole), Luis Hernandez, Fernando Mas, Theresa Colon, Iris Negron and Felix Negron (Natalia); his parent Antolina; his siblings, Gladys Baez (Juan), Hector Hernandez (Susana), Carlos Hernandez (Gladys), Maria Lendsey (Jim), Bernadette Hernandez (Tulio) and Nelida Gonzalez (Victor); his grandchildren, Vincent, Dylan, Nathaniel, Anthony, Ivy Olivia, Briella, Justin, Jonathon, Sonia, Damian, Alani, Sophia, Olivia and Nicolas; his father Isidro Hernandez; and his brothers, Saul and Raul Hernandez (Robin). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
