He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Jacob Matthews Jr. and Vivian Marria Cutright Matthews; and his sisters, Regina Gail Petti and Geneva Carol Kramer (Coleen Debra Matthews). He was also cherished by loving family members and friends.
