He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Hawk and Mildred (Millie Hawk). He is survived by: his children, Shelbie Hawk and Curtis Hawk; his stepchildren, Tiffany Megyeri and Bryan Devlin; his grandchildren, Maddie Hawk-Russow and Emmy Hawk-Russow; and his siblings, Cheryl McKinney (Malcolm), Loretta Adkins (Steve) and Mickey Hawk (Janet). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as several close friends.
