She was predeceased by: her son Louis S. Waters. She is survived by: her son-in-law Dr Stu Willis; her spouse Everett Bell Waters; and her children, Everett B. Waters, Jr and Blair W. Willis. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
