With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zona Gale Burkhead (Lehigh Acres, Florida), born in Kissimmee, Florida, who passed away on October 23, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband David Burkhead; her children, Mark A. Burkhead and Kelly L. Burkhead; her grandchildren, Jonathan Burkhead, Faith Burkhead, Elizabeth Burkhead and Megan Burkhead; and her brother Barry Varnadore (Clara). She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.

Flowers are accepted or donations can be made to FBCA to be used to distribute to Zona's favorite charities.
