He is survived by: his wife Monna Jo; his children, William R Sr. (Joann), Donald B Sr. (Ae), Ronald (Brenda) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, William R Jr., Jang Mi Vance Rice (Mark) and Donald B Jr. (Franzi); his great grandchildren, William R III, Korianna and Savanna; and his sister Grace Edgell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
