He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Lisa Smith (Peter), Suzanne Eichler, Holli Carullo (Rick) and Katie Sullivan (Stevie); his grandchildren, Alaina Smith, Patrick Smith, Julia Smith, Noah Carullo and Jeramy Carullo; and his sister Sally Kaltenbach. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
