He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Bollenbach and Helen Bollenbach. He is survived by: his wife Doris Bollenbach of Lehigh Acres, FL; his children, Robbin Zarbo (J. Christopher) of Sunnyvale, CA, Sandra Fidalgo (Art) of Suffield, CT and Mark Bollenbach (Patricia) of Haverhill, MA; his stepsons, Bob Smart (Gayle) of Cape Cod, MA and Brian Smart (Anita) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Kristen (Jeff), Andrew, Matthew, Nicholas, Noel, John and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Lily and Levi. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
