She is survived by: her husband Jack Smith Sr.; her sons, Mike Smith (Caryn) of Lisle, IL and Jack Smith Jr. (Theresa) of Lehigh Acres; her grandchildren, Renee Smith, Mikey Smith, Carey Nieves (Freddy), Josh Williams, Teddy Williams, Tanner Smith (Aleshia) and Clayton Smith; her brother Henry Brondyke (Katrina); her nieces and nephews, Autumn and Preston; her daughter Julie Turner (Eddie); and her grandchildren, Robbie (Sam), Connie Peck (John), Jonathan Jones and Ashley Ferguson.
