She was predeceased by: her daughter Judith. She is survived by: her spouse Ernest Edward Smith; and her children, Wayne Timothy Smith, Ernest Edward Smith, Jr. and Clifton Robert Johnson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
