She is survived by: her former husband Robert Butler; her sons, Robert and David; her husband Gary Simpson; her brother Robert Becker (Karen); her sister-in-law Teddy Becker; her nephews, Robert Butler (Lucy) and David Butler (Ashley); her grandchildren, Ian, Victoria, Samuel and Ethan Butler; and her nieces and nephews, John, Matthew Becker, Jackie Becker Terrazas, Michele Napolitano, Jean-Ann Becker, Marylouise Kimmel, Steven, Thomas, Susan Ament, Joseph, Michael Becker, Brian, Jason Becker and Kathryn Lepore.

She was also recognized multiple times for her leadership of the United Way Employee Campaign where she organized and collected donations from her coworkers.
