She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Leonard and Grace Ireland Otten; and her husband James McDougall. She is survived by: her brother Richard "Dick" Otten; her children, Linda Langsdale (Robert), Laura Chopper (Mark), Donald McDougall (Jean) and Julie Reese (Randy); her grandchildren, Katie, Brandon, Heather, Tyler, Matthew, Colleen, Kara, Hannah and Grace; her stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Corey, Hayden and Nicholas; and her stepchildren, Raymond, Carol and Jim.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Linda may be directed to support cancer nursing at the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
