She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Krimes and Paul Krimes; and her siblings, Walter, Robert Douglas, Dorathy Aucker, Verna Bollinger and Beatrice Weaver.

She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Elmer; and her son Gregory (Deb Hammer). She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
