He is survived by: his parents, Jonathan Blair and Amber Witter; his sisters, Ashley Witter, Autumn Seymour, Ayla Kemp and Lilyann Witter; and his grandparents, Don, Carol Witter, Micki Witter, David, Cindy Clark, Kenny and Wanda Deaver. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, and many other extended family and friends.
