He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Murdoch and Gertrude Murdoch; his wife Barbara; his son Jon Jr.; his siblings, James Murdoch and Janis Pum; his children, Jim Murdoch (Judy), Dianne Beeman (Lee) and Tom Murdoch (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Julie (Jim), Jenny (Dan), LeAnne (John), Renee (Derek), Drew and Connor (Ashley). He was also cherished by ten great grandchildren.
