He is survived by: his wife Marlene Hammer (Abrahamson); and his children, Michael Hammer (Elaine) of Wooster, OH, Laura Zeeb (Ali) of Ft. Myers, FL and Jake Hammer of Cape Coral, FL. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandson.
