He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen P. Vernarec and Stephen R. Vernarec; his siblings, Stephen Vernarec and June Strasser; and his son Jason Vernarec.
He is survived by: his friend Jim; his wife Carol Reinmann; and his daughter Denise Vernarec. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hope Hospice or the American Legion Post 323.
