We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2021, at the age of 87, Handel Stephen Parkes of Lehigh Acres, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Parkes and Edith Robb; his wife Ethlyn; and his siblings, Lloyd, Mildred and Freddie.

He is survived by: his brother Owen Parkes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
