He is survived by: his wife Juana Andrea Menendez; his daughters, Iris Barrientos and Brenda Solarzano; and his siblings, Ipolito Solarzano, Isamael Solarzano, Melinda Solarzano, Elas Solarzano and Marta Solarzano. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren.
