She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Modesto Colon and Maria Colon; her husband Heriberto Rivera; her children, Olga Torres, Carmelo Rivera, Sonia Rivera, Carlos Rivera, Hector Rivera, Richard Rivera, Edwin Rivera and Reinaldo Rivera; and her sisters, Adelina Rosario, Lula Martinez, Daisy Colon and Genoveva Colon. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
