She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Smith and Margaret Smith; her daughter April Wendlandt (Smith); her grandson Paul Vann; and her sister Stephanie Colson (Smith).
She is survived by: her son Matthew Emerick (Amie); and her grandchildren, Dante, Kirsten, Cherry-Lea, Addison, Layla and Amber. She is also survived by many nieces nephews and friends.
