He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Maxim and Julia Maxim. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Vicki Pascucci (Damone Lewis), Joshua (Holly Maxim), Shane (Amber Maxim) and Rebecca Maxim; his grandchildren, Tonya Flint, Taha Pascucci, Tiana Pascucci, Kyle Maxim, Kamden Maxim, Alexis Maxim, Ethan Maxim, Keelie Maxim and James Maxim; and his great grandchildren, Trinity, Jayce, Koan, Ivy, Cirus and Capricho.

In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contribution in Donald Maxim's name to RISE Christian Church.
