He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou. He is survived by: his children, David of Tuckaseggee, NC, Connie Kurtz (Larry) of Lehigh Acres, FL, Steve of Lehigh Acres and Stan (Debi) of South Bend, IN.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the local Salvation Army of Ft. Myers.
