He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McNutt and Mildred McNutt (Handshuh); and his sisters-in-law, Valerie McNutt and Cathy McNutt. He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughters, Kimberly Means and Brianna Kidd; his stepchildren, Cristina Baughman, Matthew Stephens (Sarah Howell) and Jennifer Baughman (Anthony Paez); his grandchildren, Derek, Lucas, Ian and Sawyer; and his siblings, Ina Ladich (Mitchell), Donald McNutt, Ned McNutt (Betty), Jim McNutt (Cathy), John McNutt (Mary), David McNutt (Diane), Paul McNutt (Sherry), Cathy Erwin (Buster), Mary Fry, Rachel Warner (Mike) and Seth McNutt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the American Legion or to Toys for Tots.
