She was predeceased by: her parent Henryk Czajka. She is survived by: her mother Marta Czajka; her husband Billy Smith; her children, Kamil Rogowski and Monika Zalachowski (Maciej); her grandchildren, Nadia and Aidan; and her sister Jolanta Dodaccy (Michal).
In honor of Barbara memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
