He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred O'Dell and Edna Day O'Dell; his wife Diane Cummings; his siblings, Janice Klice and Edward O'Dell; and his nephews, Steven O'Dell and John Klice.
He is survived by: his children, Julie O'Dell (Douglas Thompson) of Allegany, NY, Shannon Albert (Mike) of Cuba, NY, Mark (Kristen), Bill Jr. O'Dell (Karen) of Allegany, Andrew O'Dell (Tammy) of Bradford, PA and Edward O'Dell (Shirley) of Bradford, PA; his stepson Daniel Fluent (Kelly Trudnowski) of Salamanca, NY; and his brother David O'Dell (Melissa) of Allegany, NY. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, a great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the Autism Society of Western New York.
