She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ray Clayton and Arlene Mae Clayton (Keplinger); her husband Roger Blandzinski; her sons, Todd (Clayton), Mills (Katie Mills) and Gregg Stout; and her brother John Clayton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sherri Smith (Clayton) and Mike Clayton; her children, Jennifer Sayre (Blandzinski) and Scott Blandzinski; her daughter-in-law Maria Stout; and her grandchildren, Sonequa Blandzinski, Brandon Blandzinski, Quentin Blandzinski, Kory Carter, Terra Sayre, Katarina Bailey (Mills), Katelyn Mills, Clayton Stout and Brooke Stout. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to your local animal shelter in honor of Vicki's memory.
