He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Locke and Betty Locke; his aunt Shirley Akins; and his uncles, Wayne Wade, Weldon Collins and Bobby Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Jenna Locke of Leesburg, Florida; his sister Lori Locke of Cape Coral, Florida; his stepmother Patti Locke of Waynesboro, Tennessee; his stepsiblings, Kit Watts of Juneau, Alaska and Jaime Watts (Paul Moran) of Juneau, Alaska; his aunts, Janelle Wade of Plant City and Laura Collins of Webster, Florida; and his uncle Dale Akins of Webster.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Purcell Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
