He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Tom Jr. (Sandy), Peggy M. Swearingen (Jeffrey) and Penny L. Timberlake (Robert); and his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jennifer, Joshua Miranda, Michael and Matthew Swearingen.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (1901 County Rd 25A, Leesburg, FL 34748).
