He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Kister and Wilma Jean Kister (Hawkins); his wife May "Debbie" Kister of Leesburg; his daughters, Teri Alexander (Greg) of Charlotte, NC and Pamela Brady (Scott) of Windermere, FL; and his grandchildren, Alex Krivanek (Lindsay), Alli Krivanek, Abigail Brady, Lydia Brady, Sarah Brady and Hannah Brady. He was also cherished by his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked all donations be made to St. Judes Childrens hospital.
