It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stacie Masterbone of Leesburg, Florida, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherry A. White and Manuel P. Monez; and her brother Cyril Monez. She is survived by: her pets, Sasha and Mickey; her husband Francis P Masterbone Jr. (Fran) of Leesburg, FL; her stepchildren, Derek Masterbone (Claire) of Stratford, CT and Brittany Mathewson (Clay Wilson) of Lone Tree, CO; her grandson Aiden James Masterbone of Stratford, CT.; her siblings, Jeff Monez of Pelham Ga and Rema Perras (David) of Oakland, FL; her sister-in-law Chris Bernier (Lee); and her nieces, Michele Pelletier, Michellyn Perras, Taylor Perras and Whitney Perras.
In lieu of flowers, family has asked for donations to be made to ASPCA.org or to the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) at rarediseases.org.
