In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert Emmet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert Emmet farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Sheelah; his children, Cheryl Pappas (Steve), Bob McArthur (Cathy), Chris McArthur (Cynthia) and Steve McArthur (Natosha); and the mother of his children Geri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
