He was predeceased by: his son David Maxwell; his siblings, Roger Maxwell, Robert Maxwell, Mary and Gloria; and his parents, Francis Maxwell and Gertrude Maxwell.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Maxwell (Christie) and Mary Maxwell; and his brother Ronald Maxwell. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
