He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Mitchell and Jeannette Mitchell (Stephenson); and his brothers, Reynold and Donald. He is survived by: his wife Bette; his children, Lisa A. Heaven (Linton) of Australia, Craig A. Mitchell (Michelle), Matthew J. Mitchell (Jennifer), Mark A. Mitchell (Jennifer) and Eugene S. Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Kelly, Kyle, Johnna, Nathan, Katherine, Charles and Elinor.
