He was predeceased by: his parents, John Case and Arlene Case (Switzer); and his siblings, Sandra, Timothy and Gerald.

He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lint; his children, Matthew W. Case (Alanna) of Wildwood, FL, Elizabeth A. Dullinger (Jason) of Leesburg, FL and Breanna R. Case (Sean) of Belleview, FL.; his grandchildren, Aidan, Coe, Ashely, Hailie and Emily; his sister-in-law Sandra K. Case; and his mother-in-law Carol A. Lint.
