He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Owenby; and his parents, Dewey Owenby and Daisy Owenby. He is survived by: his children, Janice Dempsey (Jimmy) of Tennessee, Debbie Ellam (Ralph) of Leesburg and Ralph Owenby, Jr. (Janet) of Ocala; his grandchildren, Jamie Dodd (Chris) and Jason Dempsey; his great grandchildren, Sheyenne and Ella; and his brother Bob Owenby of Ocala. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
