He is survived by: his wife Melba; his daughter Kitsie Riggall (Chris); his grandsons, Chart of Atlanta and Hunter of Atlanta; his son Frank Bassett (Brad); his grandchildren, Annelle of Victoria, Grady of Victoria and British Columbia; his sister Evelyn Bassett Cook (Paul Mounts) of Bandon, Oregon; and his pet Fred.
