She was predeceased by: her daughter Holly Bryant. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Smith; her son Carey Bryant; her daughter-in-law Pamela Bryant; her grandchildren, Kristi Roman and Zachary Bryant; her stepchildren, Margaret Bennett, Tom Smith, Joe Smith, Mike Smith, Jim Smith and Doug Smith; and her sister Judy Goodwin. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Cornerstone Hospice of Lake County in Phyllis's loving memory.
