She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Steven Betz (Joann) of Arlington Heights, IL, Jeremy Frederic Betz of Longwood, FL and James Christopher Betz (Darnel) of Hoffman Estates, IL; and her grandchildren, Matthew Betz, Heather Rogers, Kyle Betz and Natalie Betz.
